How to make a Protein shake.
1) Take 1 cup of fresh milk.
2) Take 2 piece banana.
3) Add 2 spoon of yoghurt; ghee and oats.
4) You can also add 2 spoon Chocolate powder for better taste.
5) Now; mix it well by a blender.
NB:- Drink daily at early morning. You can become a mascular guy. Just try it for 1 month and see the result. Thanks 😍
